Draft pilot policy

Privacy notice

How Neutral expects to collect, use, secure, and retain account and dispute information.

This is a working product policy and must be reviewed before accepting live disputes.

Information we collect

Account identifiers, business contact details, dispute descriptions, contracts, invoices, messages, evidence, consent records, device and security logs, and payment information processed by a payment provider.

How we use it

To authenticate users, administer disputes, generate requested documents, deliver notices, prevent abuse, protect the service, provide support, comply with law, and improve reliability using de-identified operational data.

Case confidentiality

Case materials are made available only to authorized participants, service providers operating under confidentiality obligations, and others when required by law. We do not sell case evidence or use private case documents to train public AI models.

Security and retention

Neutral uses access controls, encryption, audit logs, rate limits, restricted storage paths, and backups. Retention periods will be stated in the final rules and will account for enforcement and legal-preservation requirements.

Your choices

Account holders may request access, correction, or deletion subject to case-integrity, fraud-prevention, contractual, and legal-retention requirements.
