Draft pilot terms

Terms of use

The basic conditions for using Neutral’s website, demand tools, and dispute platform.

Draft for development. These terms do not activate binding arbitration and require legal review before commercial launch.

Neutral platform role

Neutral provides dispute-administration technology. Neutral does not represent either party, form an attorney-client relationship, or provide personalized legal advice.

Business use

The initial service is for authorized representatives of businesses. Users must provide accurate information and have authority to act for the business they identify.

Demand letters

Users are responsible for reviewing generated letters for accuracy before sending them. Neutral does not guarantee delivery, payment, settlement, or legal effect.

Separate arbitration consent

Website use alone does not submit a dispute to binding arbitration. Arbitration requires separate, matter-specific consent by both parties under the then-current arbitration agreement and rules.

Acceptable use

Users may not upload malware, impersonate others, harass a recipient, fabricate evidence, access another matter without permission, or use Neutral for an excluded claim.

Availability

Pilot features may change or be suspended. Paid features, refunds, liability limitations, dispute terms, and jurisdictional availability will be finalized before commercial launch.
